Pricing

  • Wedding cakes are priced by the serving.
  • Wedding cakes iced with buttercream begin at $3.00 per serving.
  • Wedding cakes iced with fondant are $4.00 per serving.
  • Specialty cakes are priced on an individual basis.

Policies

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to book the wedding date.
  • The deposit is applied to the final balance of the cake.
  • Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event date.
  • The Wedding Cake accepts cash, certified check or money orders.  
  • A $25.00 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
  • Delivery charge for all wedding cakes is a $35 minimum.  The
    Wedding Cake reserves the right to increase the delivery charge if
    the distance/travel time to the delivery site is outside the travel
    radius.
  • The Wedding Cake does not provide cake cutting service.  A cake
    cutting guide is supplied upon delivery of the cake.
  • Equipment that is rented from The Wedding Cake must be returned
    in excellent condition within seven days of the event date.  Failure to
    meet both criteria will result in the forfeiture of the equipment deposit.
  • It is the client's responsibility to return rental equipment to The
    Wedding Cake.  The equipment deposit will be forfeited if personnel
    from The Wedding Cake must retrieve the equipment from the client
    or event site.  
  • In rare instances a wedding may be postponed or canceled.  If this
    occurs and a refund is requested, notification to The Wedding Cake
    must be given a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event.  If notice is
    given less than 48 hours prior to the event, a refund will not be
    given.
